I ordered a condition assessment of a detached house from Talokatsatstus. The condition inspector impressed me: He was a very friendly person, a thorough professional, and was constantly able to explain, both during the inspection and in the report, in a very understandable way what each observation made about the house means in practice and how significant / urgent the proposed action was. Nice to work with a true professional!
Expert and thorough condition assessment by Atte Rantala. Comprehensive report on the frontline soldier's house. Highly recommended!
Kristian from Finnish Home Inspection performed a condition inspection of our house when we were buying our first detached house. Kristian did the job carefully and thoroughly. After the condition inspection, we felt confident about the condition of the house we were buying.
Atte Rantala was an expert condition inspector. Impeccable and trustworthy work!
Kristian from Suomen Talokatsatstus came to inspect the detached house we were buying. He was really knowledgeable and flexible. He also went over things that weren't mandatory, but he genuinely wanted to help us. Highly recommended, it's worth ordering Kristian to do a condition inspection!
