BEWARE OF RUDE PEOPLE NEAR SCHOOLS A black BMW station wagon was speeding past schoolchildren in Vantaa, near Mikkola School, while speeding.
We are writing to express our deep disappointment and concern regarding how the sale of our home was handled. When we chose to work with Julia Ylönen, it was with hope and trust. Our previous experience with another agent had been negative due to poor communication, and we shared this with her openly. She assured us that she would be different — that she would keep us well informed and walk us through the process step by step. We agreed to sell our house for certain amount, which was clearly stated in the contract. However, we were shocked to find out that the amount we actually received was €8,230 less. When we questioned this, her explanation was that the buyer had paid it for us — but this was never clearly explained as something that would be deducted from our total sale price. This was extremely upsetting for us. We trusted her to be transparent and to ensure we fully understood all the details — especially since she was aware that we do not speak Finnish, and the contract was entirely in Finnish. Instead of acknowledging this issue, she simply said that she "tried to explain" and offered to forward a complaint, but she never apologized or took any responsibility for how poorly this was communicated. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. We are a family in a tight financial situation, and we had planned around the agreed amount. If we had known about this deduction, we would never have agreed to sell the house at that price. We feel misled and taken advantage of, and honestly — we feel robbed. We would never recommend your services to anyone. We expected guidance, honesty, and clarity — instead, we walked away feeling betrayed at one of the most important moments of our lives. We are sharing this feedback not out of anger, but because we strongly believe that her role requires clear communication, full transparency, and care for your clients — all of which were missing in our case. You should have more people who actually care about their job and the client’s understanding — not just about closing a deal and getting their share of the money. We expected guidance, honesty, and clear communication. What we got instead was silence when it mattered, and no accountability when things went wrong. Better communication and owning up to mistakes would have made a big difference in our case. We are truly disappointed
Really outrageous treatment. After 2 weeks, they pressured me to reduce the price or else the ad would not be published again. It was hidden due to ambiguities. I did not agree to the withdrawal, so the supervisor suggested that I was not legally competent. I have never received such outrageous treatment anywhere as at Habita.
Santeri & Anne have sold 2 houses from us in record time. The most recent one was last summer. Good atmosphere and background work and contracts always done properly. If you are looking for a seller for your apartment, here are at least two good ones
Strange..calling my spouse. I am not the owner of the house. It happened twice and I was led to sell And they said yes, there is an apartment for you. It has not been found. The house is sold. The roof will disappear in four weeks. Not Habit, the second time disappointment.
