Great service!
I encountered the worst real estate brokerage service ever. The broker failed completely several times. In the property brochure, he described the bathroom as "recently stylishly renovated" - it turned out to be in need of demolition. He also couldn't answer simple questions, either due to his lack of professionalism or indifference. In addition, after a couple of years of making the sale, it became clear that he had omitted certain essential things. After this, I gave feedback to the broker and Tikkurila's KM, but it did not lead to any apologies or consequences. This experience leaves me with the feeling that misleading the customer is standard practice for Tikkurila's KM. Based on my own experiences, I recommend avoiding this scam.
I don't know, I haven't been there, there hasn't been any issue, I've lived in a rental my whole life, and not through that company.
