Mika Kuutti was active, knowledgeable and reliable. Without his ingenuity, the deals would not have been made on a quick schedule. He found a way to make the buyer commit and we, the sellers, were really pleased when the deals were made quickly.

Our own bad experience concerns the services of Sales Director Pertti Kuikka. We were buyers in a property whose sellers happened to be acquaintances of Kuikka. This was evident, among other things, in the fact that Kuikka left out sections (seller's responsibilities) from the sales contract without our knowledge, which are industry standards. As first-time buyers, we were not aware of all the necessary clauses. Due to the contract being incomplete from the buyers' perspective, we have run into problems with sellers who avoid their own responsibilities. When we have inquired about these matters from Kuikka, he has not responded at all. Kuikka has otherwise violated the obligations of a real estate agent during the brokerage process. Among other things, he has spoken to the sellers about matters between us and Kuikka without permission. I strongly recommend avoiding the services of Remax/Kuikka.

I don't have any reservations about being a customer of Re/Max Kodit as a seller, but if you're considering engaging with brokers from this branch as a buyer, proceed cautiously. Here is my experience: - Initially, the broker's demeanor was pleasant, but her professionalism and attitude notably declined after I signed the offer. - The broker took advantage of my limited proficiency in Finnish to negotiate a less favorable deal. - Additionally, the broker misled and even outright lied to me. - When I raised these concerns with her supervisor, I received unsatisfactory responses, and the supervisor chose to support the broker without considering the evidence I provided.
