VAV-konserni

Palvelut eivät toimi sähköisesti. Ihmettelen,miksi näitä luodaan kun eivät pelaa. Kyse ei ole hetkellisesti ongelmasta,vaan on jatkunut pitkään. Vielä-ihmettelen suuresti taloyhtiössäni esiintyvää perättömiä huhupuheiden levittämistä. Juttua riittää,vaikka en pahemmin käy edes ulkona. Ainoastaan lenkillä ja kaupassa. Eikö olisi syytä korjata ko.epäkohta. Olen aikeissa tehdä asiasta rikosilmoituksen-ja etenkin,kun kuntoudun koko vuoden kestäneestä viruksesta. Kai ne oli senkin minuun jotenkin tartuttaneet..kuulostaa vainoharhaiselta,mutta kaipa sitä sairastuu,kun puhutaan ihmisestä täysin perättömiä juttuja. Tämä ei ole omaa keksintöä. It is understandable that obtaining a public rental apartment in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area is challenging. That is why it would be reasonable to expect that a large operator such as VAV would at least comply with its own rules, guidelines and obligations imposed on it by law. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the situation is completely the opposite. Despite clearly formulated rules of procedure and public operating principles – which VAV is happy to communicate on its website – it seems that the company has found it much easier to fail to fulfill its obligations than to comply with them. Is this a creative interpretation of the law or simply a complete disregard for the rights of residents in relation to Finnish legislation, such as the "Public Order Act", the "Act on the Rental of Residential Apartments" and the principles of a healthy and safe living environment? Unfortunately, the latter option seems more likely. The most striking feature is the complete lack of responsibility. The tenant pays their rent on time, fulfills their obligations and follows the rules – and in return they get… nothing. Or rather: they get an example of how a housing company can systematically neglect to handle complaints, even when they are accompanied by clear evidence and repeated contacts. Ironically, VAV seems to have succeeded in creating a completely new definition of the word "customer service" – namely, a service in which there is no service or responsibility at all. And what about CEO Mirka Saarholma? The corporate image conveyed through her leaves a lot to be desired. If the goal is transparency, professionalism and safe housing, the end result is more like a cautionary example of how management should not be implemented under any circumstances. It is confusing that a company that is responsible for people's homes can act so indifferently without the slightest sense of shame. I completely understand that many people depend on public housing – there are not always alternatives. But if there is even the slightest possibility of choosing another operator than VAV, I highly recommend it. This is a company that not only fails to follow its own rules, but also fails to fulfill the fundamental obligations imposed on it by Finnish law. That in itself is a scandal. It is not just about poor service. It is about structural indifference to tenants and the rights and responsibilities that a housing company undoubtedly has. And that is precisely why it is worth talking about this openly.
