Today on my way to work I got a stone in my windshield. Bull's eye about 2cm. After work I went to glasspoint (Vantaa), really good service! I got in without any appointments, weeks of queues etc etc.. The final score is 5/5! The price is reasonable too (no glass insurance) I RECOMMEND!
The glass was replaced quickly, and the customer service is really friendly! One of the reasons I chose this place is that they provided a replacement car for the glass replacement. Also thanks for getting me new tapes for the digital parking meter holder! 🤩 Fast and hassle-free, I recommend! The picture shows a nice replacement car 👌🏽
All in all, a good experience. I was able to book an appointment for the following week. The customer service was positive, which made me feel like the customer was really valued and it was nice to serve them. The glass was replaced in about two hours. I barely had time to do my own work and have lunch, and the car was already picked up. I recommend it.
