The installers scratched our terrace. I waited three months for Pihla to contact me in vain. A really poor company.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ended up paying for the wrong size door after threats. Would not recommend.
I really can't recommend this company for window repairs. The window panes are broken after three years and the company only thinks it's due to thermal expansion.
