Personally, I didn't go in person. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment for Monday. Very quick and efficient. The phone reception was excellent; they were very attentive. The technician was pleasant, offered good advice, and, most importantly, was on time. My device was repaired before the end of the week. 👏🏼 I highly recommend them.
Fantastic!! I booked an appointment the same day, they came within an hour (I think I was lucky!), and most importantly, my machine was fixed! Super efficient and ultra-fast. The technician was very pleasant; he'd never encountered this problem before, but he took the time to find the issue and didn't give up. Before contacting them, I called Darty (€150) and Samsung (€119). I found their price very competitive (€75) and felt a real commitment to quality. I highly recommend them!
