I contacted Juline Picard for a house construction project with commercial space. During the site visit, I was impressed by her sound advice, her professionalism, and her frank and honest nature—qualities that are hard to find these days. Then, the presentation of the 3D plans, a fantastic concept, clearly visualized the construction, the interior and exterior, and its consistency with the surrounding buildings. Nothing was left to chance. I appreciated the high quality of her work: precise, clear, concise, and creative. It's a pleasure to work with her. She is very professional with extensive experience, shares a wealth of ideas, respects deadlines, and is very responsive to email inquiries. Due to the lack of cooperation from the town hall, Juline Picard demonstrated great rigor, dedicated herself fully to this project, and even wrote a report outlining the entire project, including choices, decisions, planning regulations, and the project's context. I recently consulted a real estate expert, and when he learned about this construction project, he immediately highlighted the quality of Juline Picard's work to his colleague. Juline is undoubtedly a highly skilled professional, brimming with ideas and inventiveness. Unfortunately, this picture is marred by, at the very least, a real difficulty in staying within our budget (her project was three times our financial means!) and, above all, by a complete intolerance of criticism and pressure. We came to see her in February 2025, in the context of our bereavement, to discuss the renovation of our house, and she has unilaterally ended our collaboration today, leaving us alone, helpless, with our project, filled with anger and bitterness... not forgetting to demand payment for her time, which has already cost us €7,500 for a preliminary design. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but that's how it is with today's generation!

Juline is a passionate, meticulous, and attentive architect. Beyond her technical skills and architectural sensibility, I was impressed by her energy and motivation. I called upon Juline for a project that turned out to be far more complicated than anticipated, encountering numerous setbacks and obstacles (hidden defects, inaccurate plans, incompetent condominium association and management company, endless administrative requests, etc.). Juline redoubled her efforts with each unforeseen challenge and worked tirelessly, sometimes exceeding the scope of her services, to ensure the project's completion. I was truly impressed by her workshop-based approach, following an initial consultation visit that allowed us to take stock of our needs and develop concrete ideas. She is then able to take complete control of the project management and site supervision, which is very reassuring and helps avoid any unpleasant surprises!

We had a consultation with Juline as part of a property purchase project to get an expert perspective on different renovation options to meet our needs. Juline quickly grasped the issues at stake with just a few questions, gave us recommendations on technical points to check for feasibility, helped us envision ideas that complemented our own, and allowed us to take a step back and consider how our needs might evolve.
