I just bought a small batch of tiles. The quality is excellent and the price is very competitive. The best part is the customer service. They were attentive and very accommodating. I recommend them. The only drawback, although there is a loading access, is the parking.

BEWARE OF A SCAM! The employees at this store NEVER take responsibility for mistakes and will systematically pick your pocket if they make a mistake... Let me explain: I arrive at the store, choose my paint and color, the salesperson asks me the square footage of my apartment, uses that as a basis, and informs me that two 16L buckets are needed for my surface area. I agree, pay, and take them with me. After the second coat, I have perfectly finished my surface without needing to open the second bucket. I went back to see the man and explained the situation... he accused me of only applying one coat and being satisfied with that :) I showed him videos of me spraying it a first time, then a second time (PS1: I make videos for my Instagram page, PS2: the spray gun uses more paint than a roller), and then he accused me of giving the wrong dimensions, or of not knowing the surface area of my apartment properly, LOL (I assure you he really said it)! Then, to get rid of me, he took my number and told me he was going to request a refund from his supplier... I've been waiting since November :) For the record, I'll mention the positive aspects: Quality products at reasonable prices, a very reliable business in terms of hours, and never any delays or unexpected closures.

Excellent service, a very wide selection of products, and they were well organized. I found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price! The only downside was finding a parking space, as the store is in the city center.

I'm changing my review. I was giving it three stars and I'm now reducing it to two. I went in for a visit to get some information, and they were supposed to call me back, but I'm still waiting. Today I called for information, and the person told me to wait for a response. They didn't put me on hold (which isn't a problem in itself, as not everyone can put you on hold, but I was told to wait), so I was able to listen to all their conversations for 10 minutes before hanging up. I heard a young woman being served at the checkout while the salesperson joked with her about how she could choose something, then a conversation with an older woman talking about her day... Then a long silence, accompanied by distant noises indicating a human presence, and I must admit I don't quite understand this customer service. I find the prices sometimes very high on certain items, and the advice given regarding quantities is often quite poor, and they tend to overestimate the value.
