I ordered a Viking longship to put on the front of our new house for my Norman husband's 61st birthday, and I found exactly what I was looking for at La Forge de Vulcain. The custom work is absolutely perfect, very high quality, and true to my design. Moreover, Joelle, the lady who oversaw my project from start to finish, is truly lovely and very professional! I highly recommend having your house name project done by La Forge de Vulcain. My contact, Joëlle, was always very attentive, responsive, and an excellent advisor. What's really convenient is that we can choose any font. Everything is highly customizable: the spacing between the letters, the distance between the wall and the iron house name, the font(s) (since it's possible to mix fonts), the letter height, etc. The result is magnificent; the iron is 4mm thick, of very high quality and finish. My sister and I gave this as a gift to our father for his 65th birthday. Our house finally bears its historical name, that of our great-great-grandmother, Louise. Thank you, Joëlle!
