Overall a really nice gym with all the equipment for cardio, weights, hyrox. Plenty of bare bells, however the space is a bit small for the amount of members. I paid 15€ for the day pass and I would say it’s worth it. The locker rooms are spacious and clean.
There are not many different types of machines to exercise the arms. The cable machines are very old and the connecting spring carabiners are either missing locked onto the cable and the spring tension does not work to keep the gate closed. I would compair the equipment to something like equipment for the 70's or 80's due to the poor condition of it and the quality. My rating is based on being an American and working out in gyms in America.
The gym itself is great.big,really new machines.clean.but....people.use a deodorant when you come to the gym.like all the gyms in France....people stink.literally.poor hygiene
Super salle! Very helpful staff. Many quality machines. Another Smith machine would be great, only having 1 for how busy it can get is not enough.
Liked the place. Way bigger than many other fitness park. The amenities are decently clean and there's a wide range of exercices you can do. The weight rack is very tidy as well, a rare sight. The music is a bit loud, please keep it at a reasonable level.
