Found this gym while in town for a short stay. Every experience was pleasant. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Busy gym so pick your hours but they are open early and finish late. Went to cancel my membership and the person who had signed me up had already placed an end date on it so wouldn't extend accidentally. Thanks team!
It's a good place ! The environment is friendly and the couches are very professionals !
Be aware that if you want to cancel your membership, they make it difficult and you basically need to give 2-3 months notice that you are cancelling. You need to send in a signed letter via certified mail, and that letter must arrive before the 10th of the month. From there, they will stop automatic withdrawals after two more full months of membership fees. Which means, you need to plan 2-3 months in advance that you'd like to cancel your contract, otherwise you'll continue to get charged. All of this is written in the small print in the contract and never brought up again (even after multiple interactions with the team on how to cancel membership).
