Not very honest. The remote control was missing from the B&B. They sent photos after we left with the supposedly missing remote control sitting on the furniture. 🤣 It makes you wonder if they think we're idiots. That said, it did give us a good laugh. We turned the whole apartment upside down and couldn't find anything. The cleaning needs improvement. In short, a bad experience for us.

Since November 2024, Beklean has been managing and cleaning my Airbnb! I'm very happy with the services offered, the quality of the welcome extended to guests, and the occupancy rate (98%). It's a young company with a dynamic and always available team. I recommend them 1000%!

The cleaning was a complete disaster for a move-out inspection. Almost nothing was cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen cupboards were still filthy. The toilet wasn't cleaned. The inside of the shower wasn't cleaned. The floor was extremely poorly cleaned. The faucets weren't cleaned either. I have a mezzanine with the bed, and there wasn't a trace of even a wipe or a sweep. The windows were cleaned, but as a result, I had stains everywhere on the window frames and my radiators. It was a 20m² apartment, so apart from cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, there was nothing else to do. To top it all off, the cleaner left the dirty, wet cloths crumpled up in a corner behind a door. He also forgot several other things. I don't understand. I had to redo everything myself. I refused to pay, and the managers apologized, but I absolutely do not recommend this cleaning service. Honestly, avoid them.

I hired these people for the cleaning of my company and they have been amazing. I highly recommend them. 5 stars !!
