I'm very satisfied with my experience with this company; they responded very quickly (they even did it the next day, a Sunday!), and the person I spoke with was attentive and followed proper official procedures. The agent who came to my home was very kind and professional. He went above and beyond to repair a shower cubicle that had been completely destroyed by the previous tenants' lack of maintenance. He was meticulous and his work was thorough. I highly recommend them; it's a real relief to have gotten rid of the worst of it!
