Excellent in their approach, follow-up, and service. I contacted several service providers, even the one recommended by my insurance company, for post-move cleaning of a 50m² two-room apartment. My specific questions about their services, durations, and the number of cleaners involved, as well as my requests for photos, resulted, depending on the case, in my phone number being blocked or no one answering, no quotes being sent, and no photos being viewed on WhatsApp. This was despite ratings of over 4/5 with years of experience ranging from 3 to 18 years... and outlandish price estimates reaching up to €450... Oddly enough, the only one (out of the six I contacted) who clearly refused to send photos for a quote, because they come to assess the situation themselves and offer a price/time estimate that accurately reflects my needs, was Tylliance. The work was completed on time, with a quick response time, and the result exactly matched the agreed-upon commitment. They also used organic products (as required by law) and provided an invoice and tax credit certificate (also as required by law). In short, there were no unpleasant surprises. The service and attitude were thorough and excellent. Their commitment and dedication mean that when they say yes, it's truly a done deal, to the point that even the owners were pleased with the condition of their apartment, despite having lived there for over 12 years.
