And the follow-up was impeccable. Kaltea came to install two heat pumps and three split units in my oddly shaped apartment... Despite the reinforced concrete wall, rounded corners, and previous holes, the final installation is clean and I'm satisfied. Now all that's left is to enjoy the air conditioning this summer!
