A year has passed with Christophe Sarlandie, and what a wonderful, creative year it has been! Christophe guided me through the complete renovation of a beautiful 100 m² apartment with a mezzanine, which had undeniable charm (the top floor of a former convent) and tremendous potential. The apartment is now a gem, my sanctuary, thanks to Christophe, his meticulous approach, his practical understanding of the work involved, his excellent network of tradespeople, and his ideas that brought light, optimized space, and a modern feel, all while preserving the building's original character. I called on Christophe Sarlandie for my project and I'm truly delighted. My apartment had undergone extensive structural work eight years ago, and I really liked the result, but I found the finishes lacking in finesse, with a classic decor that was a little too basic for an apartment of this standing. So, I wanted to redecorate the apartment, for a result that was both more sophisticated and warmer, and to further improve its usability and conviviality. Furthermore, I wanted to install air conditioning and replace the still-original shutters with electric roller shutters. Christophe truly listened to our requests, offering us ideas and solutions that exceeded our expectations. He was able to select high-quality craftsmen for the project (a special mention goes to Mike Van Sleen for the carpentry), and he ensured the project was well-monitored with regular meetings and detailed reports. The result is truly outstanding. We love our new home, and our friends all tell us the same thing: it's beautiful and welcoming, we feel good there, and we want to stay.
