Subject: Kitchen sink faucet replacement in December. During the service call, a strap on the backpack containing tools broke, causing it to fall heavily onto the new tiles. The tradesman didn't even bother to look under the bag. Consequently, no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the tiles are damaged. A photograph was sent by text message a few days later. I am still awaiting a constructive response. Price of the faucet replacement: €275. Sincerely.
