Finitions Florentin – Painter, Plasterer & Tiler

The work was carried out in May 2026. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing and absolutely not commensurate with the price paid. 1. The deadline was not met. The work was scheduled to take just over a week, but it ultimately lasted nearly two and a half weeks, as the workers failed to show up as agreed on several occasions, resulting in a significant delay and very complicated scheduling for us. 2. Poor finish on the woodwork. The paint on the woodwork was applied with a spray gun, without the expected care. Numerous drips and imperfections were visible. Fed up with this service, which dragged on well beyond the agreed timeframe, we decided to do the touch-ups ourselves during the summer holidays. With this in mind, we asked the painter to leave us the remaining paint from the can intended for the woodwork. Last week, when we went to sand the drips and repaint the affected areas, we discovered that they had left us ceiling paint instead of the paint used for the woodwork. We therefore had to buy a new can at our own expense. Furthermore, the ceiling is already showing cracks just a few months after the work was completed. Given these numerous problems, I would not recommend this company.

Floor leveling and installation of vinyl plank flooring. Very professional from the initial quote to the completion of the work. Excellent analysis to take into account the specific requirements of the project and make appropriate recommendations. Responsive and available to make adjustments. Very good communication. The project start date and deadlines were met, despite a heatwave, in a top-floor apartment on the sixth floor with no elevator. Thank you.

I am absolutely delighted with the work done in my apartment. It's rare to find such meticulous tradespeople: the work is neat, very clean, and the deadlines were perfectly met. It's a real pleasure to work with such a professional. A huge thank you, I recommend them without hesitation!

We chose this company for a complete renovation of an old house and we are delighted with the result. Anthony gave us a very warm welcome, and the quote was clear and detailed. The drywall installers, finishers, and painters did a high-quality job. The project management was excellent, and the deadlines were met. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It's a pleasure to work with a company like this. Well done and thank you to the entire Finitions Florentin team. We highly recommend them.
