J’ai fait appel à l’entreprise Blicko pour refaire ma salle de bain suite à des malfaçons dans mon appartement, et je ne peux que les remercier. Le travail réalisé a été parfait : propre, soigné et de grande qualité. Au-delà de la qualité technique, ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est leur accompagnement et leur soutien dans la procédure contre le vendeur. David et Anthony ont proposé d’eux-mêmes que l’un d’eux doit présent lors de la réunion avec l’expert judiciaire mandaté par le tribunal pour expliquer toutes les malfaçons constatées. Cette initiative, qui ne venait pas de nous, a été d’un soutien inestimable : sans la présence de Anthony ce jour là, cette étape aurait été beaucoup plus compliquée pour nous. L’entreprise est transparente et honnête, fournissant des vidéos détaillant chaque étape des travaux, ce qui a été très utile pour constituer notre dossier. Grâce à eux, toutes les malfaçons ont été corrigées efficacement.
