I used this company to replace my water heater and I'm very satisfied with the service. Mathias and Marouane were very professional, efficient, and really kind. The work was done cleanly and quickly. I highly recommend them!
Professionalism and responsiveness are the key words of my experience with blicko. The video diagnostic system allows for simple and precise problem detection. I received support throughout the entire process, and scheduling an appointment was very quick. The plumber who came to my home was very competent. I highly recommend them.
I had a very positive experience with Blicko, and especially with Greg for the plumbing work. I greatly appreciated their service, particularly the video conference, which was clear, efficient, and very reassuring. The explanations were easy to understand, without unnecessary jargon, and their professionalism was evident. Greg was attentive, responsive, and offered excellent advice. The follow-up was thorough, and you feel supported from start to finish. It's a modern and practical approach, especially when you can't easily travel. I highly recommend them.
A plumber who does excellent work and uses modern tools to be efficient in providing a quote and scheduling a quick appointment: photos, videos, and a video call assessment. Christophe (Blicko plumber) provided top-notch service. He located the leak in the slab, installed the exterior connection pipe, and all this while respecting the property and cleaning up the work area after the final checks. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
