Unprofessional management, unlivable conditions, and refused refund.<br><br>We were forced to cancel our stay past the check-in date, find emergency lodging elsewhere, and forfeit our money because of the complete lack of basic habitability and appalling customer service from this management company.<br><br>During a severe heatwave, this two-bedroom apartment only had one fan. When we asked for a second fan so both bedrooms would be safely usable, the company flatly refused. Their response was incredibly dismissive, telling us they do not take responsibility for the weather. To be clear, we do not blame them for the climate. We blame them for a total lack of basic hospitality infrastructure and a complete refusal to provide a simple, cheap solution to make their property liveable.<br><br>Because they refused a resolution before check-in, we had to cancel under penalty and they pocketed our money anyway. Their communication was rigid, combative, and entirely unhelpful.<br><br>Travelers should avoid booking with this company because they will gladly take your money, provide unlivable conditions, and offer zero support. Property owners should also beware. This company’s toxic customer service and pocket the cash mentality is actively destroying your property's reputation. There are many other property management companies in Lyon that will be more competent.
