Very helpful and always answers really fast. We forgot our keys inside the apartment by mistake, they managed the issue quickly and were still very gentle!
This company is terrible and has no regard or concerns for their customers. We made a reservation 7 months ago and they canceled 2 days before our arrival! We could not get our money back for another 15 days!!! We had an 8 day reservation so this was a huge amount of stress to find another place within our budget. Of course because our reservation was so close to the date of booking we would not be eligible for a refund if we had to cancel due to an emergency. When we reached out to them with questions and request for help with another booking they refused to help us. Do not waste your time and money with Luckey. I will never book with this company again.
