Seriousness, competence, attentiveness, follow-through, and above all, action... This is what I took away from our discussions with Bérangère Prebet regarding the management of the CHALLENGER in Brignais.
We hired Malsh to manage our condominium in January 2023 for a two-year term. Since then, not a single repair has been carried out, not even the smallest one. The management has been a disaster. The general meeting, convened in December 2023 without consulting the condominium board, refused to approve the 2022 accounts, which were submitted a year late. We finally decided to terminate the management contract in June 2024. The 2022 and 2023 accounts had to be corrected by the condominium board due to numerous discrepancies. We met with the director of Malsh in April 2024. Despite his apologies, made in our presence, none of his commitments were honored, and we preferred to terminate the contract in June 2024 to put an end to this catastrophe. Fortunately, our new property manager is now providing satisfactory service.
Incompetent and unpleasant, that's how I sum up my interactions with them. When we call them, they pass the buck to a colleague who is never available and never returns our calls. No follow-up on files, and they forget orders, without any apologies from them, as if being several months late was perfectly normal and it was up to us to do their job. In short, avoid them.
