We purchased our apartment in Lyon 8 through Century 21, specifically with the assistance of Mr. Damien Goujon. Mr. Goujon was transparent, helpful, and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. He also put us in touch with Entandem Notaires, a notary firm we highly recommend for the quality of their service. The sellers' notary firm, on the other hand, proved surprisingly reluctant to draw up our preliminary sales agreement, and again when it came to agreeing on a date to sign the final deed of sale. Furthermore, Mr. Goujon proved to be an exceptional mediator on both occasions, and it is thanks to him that we were able to get the keys in time to carry out our renovations according to the initially agreed schedule.
