A very bad experience with this agency. Following a viewing, I sent a written offer to purchase. Instead of fulfilling their role as an intermediary and respecting their legal obligation (Hoguet Law), which requires them to present all written offers to the seller, the agent simply refused to forward it. They preferred to call me insistently to block the process and encourage me to withdraw. This is a complete lack of transparency and a clear refusal to apply the legal framework of their profession. I expect the agency's management to take over and officially forward my offer to the owner, as required by law. I will update this review if the agency agrees to rectify the situation and perform its duties ethically.
