Mr. Ferreboeuf is very professional. He provided support from beginning to end. I highly recommend him.
Excellent experience with CGI: the transaction was completed efficiently and on time thanks to Oscar. I look forward to doing future transactions with CGI.
The agent was very professional, and I appreciate the gesture regarding the lease fees, as well as the negotiation with the landlord for the inventory; this offset the high fees for a commercial space, which I wasn't aware of in the Lyon area. Thank you.
Excellent support in our search for premises, both for purchase and rental. Mr. Ferreboeuf is very professional, available, and responsive. We are completely satisfied with the service provided.
Mr. Ferreboeuf (CGI RE) followed up on my request for several months, regularly sending me announcements. I finally found a commercial space he managed to set up my photo studio. Mr. Ferreboeuf was always friendly and available, and he answered all my questions at every stage. It was perfect, thank you!
