Very nice work by Tarik Zatout and his team, who transformed my apartment, which was in a very poor state, into a little gem. During the removal of the false ceiling at the start of the work, we discovered three moldy beams that needed to be reinforced. Mr. Zatout was then able to advise the condominium on a competent project manager (whom I salute in passing) to find a suitable solution. The company Avenir Rénovations was then able to take care of the installation of an IPN and the joining of two beams, before resuming and completing the renovation despite a schedule delayed by this major unforeseen event. Throughout this journey with multiple twists and turns, professionalism, friendliness, and good communication allowed us to complete the project smoothly. I contacted Avenir Renovations after water damage; my water heater had damaged my baseboards, and some repainting was also needed. I got in touch with Tarik, whom I already knew professionally, and he was very responsive and accommodating in helping me with this small renovation. His worker, Raouf, came just a few days after I signed the estimate. Punctual, he finished in a few hours. Raouf did meticulous work, protected my belongings while cutting the baseboards, and cleaned up thoroughly after each step. He even gave me advice on replastering my bathroom. Professional, pleasant, and efficient. I highly recommend them!
