This is the fourth time we've used GENERATION CONFORT for ourselves, our children, and our in-laws. They consistently deliver excellent service, using high-quality materials for installation and providing meticulous finishing. I have already recommended this company and will continue to do so.

From the initial contact for the quote to the installation of the air conditioning in my accounting firm, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I particularly appreciated the speed of the installation thanks to the intervention of an experienced technician. He ensured throughout the installation process that we could continue working despite the work being carried out. The explanations provided after the work was completed were also very clear.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! They moved two outdoor units without changing the connections, and two years later one of the units had run out of refrigerant (knowing that if there are no leaks, this can last for years). I informed the company owner of this by email and phone several times. Having received no response, we went to their headquarters, and the person there had the nerve to say they didn't know who we were! In short: I had to pay €500 to a company that determined the leak was caused by loose screws. No one answers our calls or returns them, and all they can say is they don't know us. Yet we have invoices to prove it!!

Hello, Génération confort installed a Mitsubishi console for the living room and two Mitsubishi air conditioners for the bedrooms in my apartment. The technicians did an impeccable job installing these three air conditioners and during the maintenance. I recommend this company for the quality and professionalism of the entire team, including the secretary. YL
