A special thank you to the owner, who personally came to install our air conditioning with great professionalism, kindness, and remarkable efficiency. We would also like to warmly thank the receptionist, whose professionalism, availability, and kindness were exemplary. She supported us with attentive listening and responsiveness, which greatly reassured us. The air conditioning is of very high quality: it cools the apartment perfectly while being extremely quiet, to the point that we can barely hear it running. This is a real plus, especially with a newborn at home. It is rare to encounter a company so caring, attentive, and concerned about the well-being of its clients. I am extremely disappointed with this company. My experience was overwhelmingly negative from beginning to end (8 months). The receptionist's attitude was disrespectful and dismissive, even going so far as to comment on my clothing when I requested an appointment to address the shoddy workmanship because my skirt had an incomprehensible slit. This appointment was refused. The workers left the work site (my home) in an unacceptable state: falling materials, buckets still containing product, and spatulas were left abandoned in my apartment. Furthermore, when no one was present, they didn't come to work. Most incomprehensibly, the company then accused me of constantly nagging the workers, of being insulting, and even of refusing to resume work. These accusations are completely false. To this day, several defects remain unresolved, and I have had to disregard the company's wishes regarding some of them. As with the 3-5 mm grout lines for rectified tiles, the incorrect grout color (too light, which I corrected myself), and the uneven tiles, no compensation was offered. Instead, I received a formal notice demanding payment of the remaining balance while being constantly criticized. To get the remaining work done, I am left with a deeply disappointed and shocked experience, appalled by the lack of seriousness, respect, and professionalism I witnessed. I absolutely do not recommend this company. I am deeply affected by this experience.

Highly professional, the work was completed quickly and carefully! They renovated my bathroom, and the materials are high-quality with a good price-to-quality ratio. I am completely satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to use this company again if needed. I highly recommend them!
