Absolutely no professionalism... I ordered a terrarium for Christmas. I was told my order would be late but would arrive the Friday before Christmas. Having received nothing by Saturday, I contacted the team, who replied by text message saying they couldn't tell me if my package would arrive for Christmas or not because they had other orders to process... In the end, nothing arrived by Christmas! They refunded my order, telling me by email that my product was no longer in stock, and at the same time, they assured me by text message that I had been refunded because the package hadn't arrived for Christmas, but that I would still receive the terrarium the following week. I'm still waiting! As a result, I never got to give my parents a Christmas present! Since then, the team has been unreachable; they've never answered my phone calls, text messages, or emails. I contacted Truffaut, the website where I bought the terrarium, twice, and they were never able to reach me either. In short, if you want to ruin your Christmas gifts, I highly recommend them ;)
