A huge thank you to Nathalie PINET for her support in obtaining our mortgage. We secured a loan even though my probationary period hadn't ended, and at a very competitive rate in the current market. I highly recommend her!
Excellent support throughout our property purchase project. Communication, explanations, and responsiveness were clear and effective from start to finish with Mr. Da Costa and Cassandra. They managed to make a sometimes complex process much simpler and more reassuring. Their follow-up was thorough right up to the signing at the notary's office, with genuine availability at every stage. I highly recommend their services.
A huge thank you to Ms. Nathalie Pinet, who was very attentive and responsive. In a rather complex situation, no bank was willing to finance my real estate project. She managed to find me a bank that agreed to work with me and offered a good interest rate. I am truly satisfied with her support. I highly recommend her!
A huge thank you to Jérôme Da Costa Soares and Cassandra Galano for their exceptional support from start to finish on my real estate project! They were incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. In a market where interest rates are truly challenging right now, they fought hard for my application and managed to find me a fantastic offer with an excellent rate. But beyond the financial benefits, I especially appreciated their attentiveness: they were always readily available, reassuring, and answered absolutely all my questions clearly. It's truly invaluable to feel so well supported during a major purchase. I recommend them without hesitation! Thank you both again for your outstanding work.
A huge thank you to Mr. Jérôme Da Costa and his colleague! We completed our first real estate project, which wasn't easy. But thanks to him, we succeeded. He was always available, responsive, and offered excellent advice throughout the entire 2025-2026 period. You can tell he loves his work and genuinely wants to help his clients. I recommend him without hesitation! We'll be back for our next project. See you soon!
