They refused to certify my signature on a certificate, even though this is now part of their obligations and it is free.
My father passed away in June 2024, and we waited 18 months for the small estate settlement. The clerk, Mr. L P, provided us with draft deeds and the estate declaration riddled with errors (incorrect dates and places of birth, my married name attributed to one of my sisters, etc.). We had to contact him repeatedly for corrections, explanations, and so on. He only responds to emails about one time out of three and to phone calls about half the time. He gives deadlines he doesn't meet and only realizes he's missing documents at the last minute or after we contact him (family record book, bank details, etc.). Absolutely unprofessional. Avoid him at all costs!

Not happy at all! The person who handled our case was completely unprofessional... she asked us for documents the day before we were due to sign, on a Sunday, didn't reply to emails, didn't call back... I absolutely do not recommend them!!!
