Very quick response to my request regarding the processionary caterpillars in La Ciotat. Sebastien was very efficient and also very friendly. Excellent service, I highly recommend him!
Salim was fantastic! 👍 Perfect service: punctual, professional, and very efficient. The pest problem was solved quickly. I highly recommend him! ✅
My mother's house had become a living hell! European hornets had found her chimney flue a paradise, setting up their queen and worker hornets. It was impossible to relax in front of the TV or eat in the living room because she was constantly disturbed, attacked, and stung. I knew Nuisible 13, who had previously treated the common areas of my building in Aix-en-Provence. I contacted them, and they came to St. Mitre les Remparts incredibly quickly. Their swift intervention was a complete success, eliminating the hornets in just 15 minutes! Fantastic and a lifesaver. They were true superheroes! A huge thank you for her; she can finally breathe again.
Salim did a great job eliminating a hornet's nest 18 meters away with patience and a telescopic pole/powder. He arrived on time and was very professional. I highly recommend him.
Quick response, clear explanations of the procedure, meticulous work. Jonathan is attentive. I recommend him.
