Unbearable. It takes at least a week to get a response (which is irrelevant three-quarters of the time) that feels very much like AI. I've been with them for two years, and they've charged me a lot of money without warning for an accounting overhaul, the errors of which I keep discovering. There are withdrawals without justification. Every time a certain amount is announced, I find out they've taken more. The interface seems user-friendly, but everything is locked down, and to get any changes, be prepared for weeks of back-and-forth, endlessly repeating the same requests. I'm going to get training from an association as soon as possible so I can cancel this contract, which, far from simplifying my life, is keeping me up at night.

We've been with this property management company for a year and a half. Rémy Bruna takes excellent care of us, moves files forward as they come in, and keeps things organized. We regularly check in by phone, and he remains relatively available and responsive, as do his colleagues in his absence.
