I had the opportunity to visit an apartment with Ms. Chauffournier and everything went very well. She took the time to show us around the entire apartment, including the parking space, with great professionalism. She is very kind, attentive, and knows her job perfectly. I give her 5 stars without hesitation!
Warning: Zero professionalism!!! Initially, they seem very responsive and pleasant (as reflected in some of the reviews here). However, during the rental period, they ignored urgent repairs: I spent the entire winter with a window without glass, a problem dating back to the move-in inspection, despite numerous reminders; the balcony had dangerous holes, and I never received any response. Furthermore, they took over two months to return my security deposit, without offering any apology whatsoever. I sincerely hope they improve their service, learn to respect their customers, and stop behaving so disrespectfully.
