The initial welcome was adequate, but the attitude was unfortunately very outdated. It seemed difficult to imagine that a woman could understand or discuss an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and the technical specifications of a property without waiting for her partner to arrive. A gentle reminder: competence is not a matter of gender. A little more consideration and professionalism would have made the experience much better. We did not pursue further use of the agency.
