No response overnight! Following your reply: no, this isn't a fake review. I had initial contact with Lola on the 16th, then a video tour on the 23rd. After asking me if a date would work for me on Friday the 30th or Monday the 2nd, I never heard back. Following your new reply: I'm not going to chase you; I've already had to follow up several times. I was never asked for my contact information (and anyway, no time slot was confirmed, so my contact information wouldn't have been useful).
