You also mention a “substantial compensation,” but that’s beside the point. I bought an apartment outright in 2010 to live in it, not to make money. Fifteen years later, in 2025, I still can’t use it: no furniture, no television, no renovations, an empty and uninhabitable property. Saying that I sometimes “sleep on the floor” doesn’t mean I live there; it’s an empty shell, rendered unusable by unresolved structural problems. In fact, it was you yourself who, in 2017, acknowledged Mr. Lasalarié’s mistakes—failure to take action to cancel the sale, failure to impose a penalty payment—and assured me: “We’ll get you out of this. You have to live in your apartment.
