⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've had the opportunity to participate in several training sessions led by Maître Naudin in the field of real estate law, and I highly recommend him. 👏 Beyond his perfect mastery of the topics covered, Maître Naudin possesses an essential quality for a trainer: he knows how to convey his knowledge with pedagogy, clarity, and pragmatism. The sometimes complex concepts of real estate law become accessible thanks to his concrete explanations, illustrated by numerous examples drawn from his professional experience. One immediately senses the breadth of his expertise and practical experience. Every question receives a precise, well-reasoned, and enriching answer. The discussions are always engaging and allow participants to leave with knowledge directly applicable to their daily practice. I particularly appreciate his ability to make the training sessions lively, interactive, and captivating. Time flies, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. 😊 Whether you're a real estate professional, property manager, administrator, or simply looking for high-quality legal training, you can register with complete confidence. Counsel, I simply note that in your response, you have not contested the specific facts I have presented. You have chosen to focus your defense on the compensation and an alleged animosity toward Mr. Lasalarié, which in no way addresses my main grievances and confirms the relevance of the questions raised. In your response, you state: "Our firm is in no way responsible for the dispute and the animosity between you and your previous counsel." Let me clarify: there is no personal animosity toward my previous counsel, Mr. Lasalarié. He simply did not do his job, and you yourself, with your thirty years of experience in real estate law, recognized this as soon as you reviewed my case. Moreover, the proof is simple: if he had fulfilled his duties properly from the outset, I would not be, fifteen years later, still in the same situation, with an empty and uninhabitable apartment. You also mention a “substantial compensation,” but that’s beside the point. I bought an apartment outright in 2010 to live in it, not to make money. Fifteen years later, in 2025, I still can’t use it: no furniture, no television, no renovations, an empty and uninhabitable property. Saying that I sometimes “sleep on the floor” doesn’t mean I live there; it’s an empty shell, rendered unusable by unresolved structural problems. In fact, it was you yourself who, in 2017, acknowledged Mr. Lasalarié’s mistakes—failure to take action to cancel the sale, failure to impose a penalty payment—and assured me: “We’ll get you out of this. You have to live in your apartment. The purpose of buying an apartment is to live in it.” “ You promised to request a penalty payment for the installation of the steel beams, the only measure that would have secured the building and allowed me to live in my property. You never did. So, if, as you claim, you have “perfectly fulfilled your mission,” explain to me why, fifteen years later, I am still deprived of my apartment, forced to live without comfort or dignity in a property I paid for. This testimony is personal, sincere, and based on specific and perfectly verifiable facts. I reiterate this opinion and remain available to any competent authority to substantiate it. Excellent service from this local, friendly family business. It also helps that they are best in class in their field with regularly published articles for the benefit of the general public and lawyers alike. Navigating the ever-changing laws of shared property and subletting is very difficult and potentially very, very costly. I would recommend contacting Cabinet Naudin before you even start on your subletting journey or for any issue in your co-proprieté. Particularly useful for non doms who own seaside or ski flats or second properties abroad.
