Another very important point: I received the government subsidies as promised, and the company assisted me with all the administrative procedures, which greatly simplified the process. Installation was quick despite some initial hiccups (August 2025). The administrative follow-up is deplorable; after six months of waiting, my file is still not closed (VAT, bonus, and purchase contract). Nothing happens unless I follow up by email, so I'm paying monthly installments significantly higher than promised – no savings at all, on the contrary, an extra €200 per month. This demonstrates a real lack of professionalism!
Pure bliss. From the sales representative (Damien), attentive, empathetic, honest, serious, and always available... to the technicians (Nabil's team), and including the administrative staff, everything went incredibly smoothly.
