A very good experience, despite my initial apprehension. My fridge had stopped working, and over the phone they quoted me a price for a replacement, without guaranteeing they could even fix the problem (which I understand). What also worried me was having to pay for the call-out fee for the estimate, if it was even possible to repair it, and then pay even if nothing could be done. This is the very first time I've dealt with this kind of service (I'm usually the type to replace things, except the apartment is being sold and won't be mine in a month, so replacing a fridge... well...). So, the technician came, found the problem, and fixed it without even charging me more than the basic service call fee! He could have taken me for a ride... But no way! If he had told me, once I got there, that it needed to be changed, there was nothing I could do... I'm not a mechanic to know if that's the case or not. So honestly, I was extremely surprised by their honesty! (I did manage to avoid throwing €700 away in the process!) Thank you for your professionalism!
