Worst experience of my life. I already didn't trust appliance repairmen, and now I'm completely done with them... A month to get an appointment, a 5-minute visit to see what was wrong with the drying cycle of my washing machine, and a quote of €182 for the repair. The repair itself took another two weeks to complete, with a 10-minute service call. In the end, it still doesn't work. I called and sent messages about ten times, all to be told that I must be putting too much laundry in the machine. Then they told me it might be the motherboard, but that it's very expensive. A complete rip-off... Think twice before calling.
