We had a VMI (Mechanical Ventilation with Insulation) system installed, along with door trimming and ventilation grilles for the other rooms. This company told me that a VMI (Mechanical Ventilation with Positive Pressure) system was essential after a diagnosis indicating 77% humidity, supposedly caused by a faulty single-flow ventilation system. Mr. Magnier refused to provide me with a quote for a double-flow ventilation system, believing it wouldn't solve the problem. Before signing the quote for the VMI, I nevertheless attempted to repair the single-flow ventilation system myself. The day after the repair, the humidity level dropped back down to 50%, which clearly calls into question the €240 diagnosis and the recommended solution.
