Amazing gym literally if you’re into bodybuilding, there’s all you need
This is a good gym for lifters, with a very big selection of machines. Also good cardio machines, nice staff, and they have great weekly deals for tourists, BUT a few small things that can be annoying for some (and irrelevant to others): They have now placed a rack of barbells in the middle of the free dumbbell section, which makes it very narrow, and when i was there there was only one plain bench in that area. Some areas can feel a little too packed with machines and equipment in relation to the size of the place. That means you can feel a little in the way if you're using free weights. If the gym is totally empty, not a problem, but as soon as there is one, two, three people there you start getting in eachothers space. It's also uncomfortable to do lunges because of the lack of space. Some other small things: I was told by another gym goer that i couldn't use the horizontal leg press because it was broken. So was the cushion on the hip thrust. A hook was missing from one of the cable machines (an issue i saw in other Nice gyms too). To end on a positive note: I appreciated that all dumbbells were in the correct place and that the staff was making sure that the equipment laying around got back to its proper place. And there is a very friendly atmosphere here.
Great gym with lots of equipent for all kinds of exercise. It’s a huge place with two floors of space, a separate area for crossfit type workouts, lots of indoor cycling machines for spinning classes, and fairly inexpensive if you commit long term. The staff is also very friendly.
What an amazing gym putting community and fitness in its focus. I’ve only been visiting but was amazed how welcoming staff and members were. This made it truly special. But also the machines are the best with good basics and also specialised machines for advanced athletes! Highly recommend this gym, I’ll be back at my next visit in Nice.
Great gym and very well located. One day (€10) or one week (€49) training admissions available, perfect for tourists like me while visiting Nice. The gym is quite big and it has all the equipments you need for a complete workout program. The structure is fine, with clean bathrooms, showers and spacious lockers. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and the other members too.
