Very poor experience. A male staff member entered the women’s changing room and confronted me in a way that felt intimidating and inappropriate. When I raised the issue with customer service, I was repeatedly redirected with no real support or resolution. Towel policy aside, the handling of the situation and complaint process was unprofessional.
Great gym when visiting the city. They offer a 20€ day pass. Plenty of Technogym weight machines, cardio machines, some squat racks and benches - basically everything you need to get your workout in. Can get a bit crowded, so probably early morning on a weekday is the best time to visit.
Thanks Jonathan for been helpful, without him I couldn’t get my membership sorted out. Merci beaucoup.
The structure is very good and everybody was very helpful and the club is very close to the beach so I can go for a run after the session
Big disappointment The gym is very nice with good equipment, but €20 for a single workout is daylight robbery. I went in at 7 AM to train; the guy let me in and said the manager would be there when I left to take payment. (I didn't ask how much a session cost because it's usually around €8-€10.) When I left, I paid €20 and thought it was for a few days, which I had asked for since I'm on vacation until August 8th. However, it turned out to be for a single training session. So, a few training sessions at this gym would cost me around €100-€120. No thanks, I'll work out outdoors instead. One star for the equipment."
