Luxoria - Architecture and Interior Design

Working with the Luxoria team on my apartment renovation in Nice was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They took the time to truly understand my brief, but what impressed me most was how they elevated my ideas, refining and improving them in ways I hadn't even considered. The design process was seamless, and their attention to detail at every stage gave me complete confidence. The 3D visuals were especially valuable, allowing me to fully envision the final result before work even began. Seeing the transformation come to life was incredibly rewarding, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. I cannot recommend Luxoria highly enough for their outstanding work in transforming our villa in the south of France. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the results have far exceeded our expectations. What set Luxoria apart was the ease of collaboration with their team. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. We are beyond thrilled with the results and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Nice ideas for furniture and colors, but terrible project management (4 months delay on a 2 month project), and they add 50% to 100% hidden margins on top of the normal retail for everything they source for you. During a difficult period in my life, while I was undergoing cancer treatment, I fully relied on Bjarni and his team to decorate our monaco apartment. I gave him a generous budget, and paid him double for his project management, under the understanding that he would get the apartment ready in 2 months and he would not add any margin on the products he sourced for me. There were no changes in scope, but the Luxoria team did not deliver. They were distracted by a wedding, summer holidays etc. They forgot to order things, and did a really sloppy job installing things. At the end of the 2 months I had an apartment without TV, without curtains, with only half of the furniture arrived. And there was damage on the furniture. I needed to start my chemo while living in a hotel. And I found out that Luxoria adds a 50% to 100% margin on top of the products they delivered to us. To add insult to injury, Bjarni then proceeded to pretend that it was all my fault, that somehow we had changed the scope (not true) or were slow in responding (also not true) and he denied any responsibility whatsoever. This to my crying wife on the day of my first chemo. Worst experience ever.

We have had the pleasure of working with Craig and his Luxoria team from start to finish, but the exceptional service has continued far beyond our "finish" date! The levels of professionalism and service are truly extraordinary and very much appreciated.
