Quite shocked at the service we received considering all the “good” reviews. Contacted this company on the 8th of April and gave them the details of my needs (one carpet cleaned). They told me to send them photos, and the address, which I did. They read the message and didn’t reply. That Friday I sent another message asking if they could confirm the date and time, to which they also just read and didn’t reply. I contacted them this morning (a week later, and on the day they had told me they would come) only to be told “we’re full until the 24th” no hello, no sorry for the late response, nothing. When I expressed that I didn’t understand since I had been told otherwise, I was told to go find someone else. 180€ saved on a shocking service. A week of time wasted waiting for them when another plan could have been made. Really dissapointed as I chose this company based on the reviews and it was the absolute opposite experience. Don’t recommend at all if you want a professional service.

I cannot more highly recommend Aleksander and his wife for steam cleaning carpets/sofas etc. I intend to ask them to help with all of our cleaning projects from now on. Aleks answered my initial enquiry immediately, and was at our place within 2 days. He went well above and beyond what could have been expected, was professional, knowledgeable, decent, and incredibly hard working. Not to mention very reasonable priced. Such a rarity in these times.
