Our air conditioner stopped working and I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the services received. When we experienced another issue 2 months after the maintenance (related to the original installation as opposed to the service rendered by NPI Clim), the follow-up was prompt, and communication was always excellent.

Perica and NPI Clim just installed a new ac unit in our apartment. If I could make a list of everything that makes a good contractor. Every box would be checked off. Honest, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, quickly responding to questions and communications, perfect English, answers all questions and concerns, competitive pricing, and even finished a day early. I without reservation would recommend this business.

Perica of NPI Clim does exceptionally good work. He is punctual, communicates clearly, very tidy and does excellent work. We had him install a mini-split with two vents, and everything works and looks fantastic. He also installed our new induction cooktop and many other small jobs.

Perica and his team are absolutely wonderful and therefore very, very highly recommended! We needed his services with a number of things after buying a part-time home in Nice, France. We live in Los Angeles most of the year, but were easily able to communicate with him about what was needed, what we wanted, etc. We bought most of the materials and items for him to install. He did so in an impressive way with little or no guidance. The results are excellent! He and his team had a key to our place and when we came back, voila, everything was done! He also speaks English very well. Very good!
