My husband and I recently contracted RiviAir to install two dual-mode (heat and cool) A/C units in our Old Nice apartment, and we are beyond happy with their performance. The installation required core drilling holes in the building facade, installing the units, and connecting the water disposal to the existing plumbing.There was a problem with one of the units, and Rivair took care of it, completely free and hassle-free for us. The RiviAir staff is very knowledgeable in their field. The company is trustworthy, and we highly recommend them

Great service from RiviAir when my aircon started making strange noises. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty condensation pump at first visit, and the pump was then replaced at a second visit, combined with an overdue service of the whole system.<br><br>Ben gave me a clear explanation of the work required, which was carried out very efficiently in my absence. Everything was left clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.
