Great service from RiviAir when my aircon started making strange noises. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty condensation pump at first visit, and the pump was then replaced at a second visit, combined with an overdue service of the whole system. Ben gave me a clear explanation of the work required, which was carried out very efficiently in my absence. Everything was left clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.
I cannot recommend these guys enough, Ben and Adrian dealt with supply and installation of 2 new Hitachi air source water boilers extremely efficiently, highly knowledgeable, fast service and I think reasonably priced..
Ben and his team installed an additional air conditioning unit in our holiday apartment in Nice. The job was done very quickly and without any problems He also quickly and efficiently solved the issues with the existing air conditioner. The contact with Ben was very good- he was always ready to answer questions or give advice; he was also very flexible and accomodated our requests.
