I contacted La Maison de la Clé two years ago for the installation of a security door and window bars. I was very satisfied with their work, which was perfect; everything is functional and aesthetically pleasing. Nicolas was a great listener and offered excellent advice. I recently had a key made here. It was a dimple key and cost €34. It was poorly made and got stuck in my door. I had to pay 200€ for an emergency locksmith to come and open my door. When it was removed it was clear the key looked different than the original. I will be going back to ask for a refund and really they should pay the cost of the locksmith . Unacceptable.
