Great service. Did everything by phone / whatsapp and email. The customer service was super responsive, the prices honest and transparent. No surprise. I had a full lock changed and the people who came and installed were on time and super nice. They cleaned everything and spent extra time to make sure all was good. I can only recommend France Clef for their professional attitude. The only negative was the wait....1 month for installation. On the other hand this was not an emergency so all ends well.
